The Issues Of Premature Ejaculation & Erectile Dysfunction From A Western And Also A Tantric Perspective

Premature Ejaculation & Erectile Dysfunction

….. Are Extremely Common In Our Modern World.

PE & ED

In contrast, in tantra as it was originally taught, a young male would begin training in ENERGY MASTERY as soon as he hit puberty, and he could expect to continue mastering his sexual energy until such time as it was appropriate for him to engage with a lover. Let’s say around the age of 18, give or take.

If he was continuing in a tantric atmosphere he would be participating in lovemaking rituals wherein he would be required to have foreplay with his partner for extended periods of time prior to penetration. I’ve heard sometimes this period of foreplay would last for 24 hours to ensure that his female partner was sufficiently prepared to (ideally) open to her highest peaks in sexual love.

These young men were not ejaculation oriented. They understood their role to be devotion to the feminine, and to the feminine principle as the embodiment of love on Earth.

Today, with no training in the tantric arts, many men begin a habit of frequent masturbation as soon as they hit puberty.

In the early 1900’s the first girly magazines became widely available adding the element of fantasy to masturbation while also adding fuel to the intensity of male sexual desire, only to be replaced by the widespread proliferation of pornography, which cranked up the sexual fever even more.

So, a man untrained in the tantric arts made ejaculation the goal, instead of learning the art of conscious lovemaking. In this process the male was actually training himself into the eventual problems of PE & ED. He also projected this ‘goal’ onto his female partner or partners, and the feminine began seeking bigger and better orgasms, in lieu of learning more about her own feminine nature.

In my twenty+ years of addressing this issue, I have come across men as young as their mid 30’s who rely on pharmaceuticals to get an erection. Imo, this should not be happening.

The good news is that with the appropriate training in ENERGY MASTERY these issues can be reversed, provided the man is willing to dedicate himself to new habits and practices.

Do Kegels Help Premature Ejaculation

If you're struggling with premature ejaculation, you might wonder if Kegel exercises can provide some relief. These exercises target the pelvic floor muscles, which are crucial for controlling ejaculation. By strengthening these muscles, you could improve your sexual performance. But how do you incorporate Kegels into your routine? And what other benefits might they offer? Let's explore this topic further.

Understanding Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation (PE) can be frustrating and disheartening, especially when it disrupts intimacy. You might find yourself finishing sooner than you'd like during sexual encounters, leading to feelings of inadequacy or stress.

Understanding PE is crucial; it's more common than you think, affecting many men at some point in their lives. Factors like anxiety, stress, and even relationship issues can contribute to this condition.

It's important to recognize that PE isn't always a permanent problem; it can be addressed and managed. Communication with your partner can ease tension, while exploring techniques and strategies can help you regain control.

The Role of Pelvic Floor Muscles

Pelvic floor muscles play a crucial role in sexual health and can significantly impact your experience with premature ejaculation. These muscles support your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs, contributing to overall pelvic stability.

When these muscles are strong, they help you control ejaculation better, allowing for improved sexual performance. Weak pelvic floor muscles may lead to reduced control, increasing the likelihood of premature ejaculation.

By actively engaging and strengthening these muscles, you can enhance your ability to manage arousal and delay ejaculation. Understanding their role empowers you to take charge of your sexual health, leading to more satisfying intimate experiences

Strengthening your pelvic floor is an essential step toward greater confidence and control during sexual activities.

What Are Kegel Exercises?

Kegel exercises are a simple yet effective way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. These exercises involve contracting and relaxing the muscles that support your bladder, rectum, and, for men, the prostate.

To perform Kegels, first identify the right muscles by stopping urination midstream; those are the muscles you'll be working. Once you've located them, tighten the muscles for about five seconds, then relax for five seconds. Aim to do this 10 to 15 times in a row, three times a day.

You can do Kegels anywhere—sitting, standing, or lying down—without anyone noticing. Consistency is key, so incorporate these exercises into your daily routine for the best results.

Strengthening these muscles can lead to various health benefits.

How Kegels Can Benefit Men With PE

When you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, you can significantly improve control over ejaculation, which is especially beneficial for men dealing with premature ejaculation (PE).

Kegel exercises help you develop muscle tone and endurance, giving you better control during sexual activity. By practicing these exercises regularly, you can increase awareness of your body and learn to recognize the sensations leading up to ejaculation.

This awareness is key to delaying climax and enhancing overall sexual experiences. Additionally, stronger pelvic muscles can lead to improved erections and greater sexual satisfaction for both you and your partner.

Incorporating Kegels into your routine not only targets PE but also promotes overall pelvic health, making it a win-win solution for many men.

Scientific Studies on Kegels and PE

Research shows that incorporating Kegel exercises into your routine can have a positive impact on premature ejaculation (PE). Several studies indicate that strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can lead to improved sexual performance.

For instance, a clinical trial revealed that men who practiced Kegels regularly reported increased control over ejaculation and longer-lasting erections.

Another study highlighted significant improvement in PE symptoms among participants who committed to a Kegel regimen over several weeks.

These findings suggest that you might benefit from focusing on pelvic floor strength, as it could enhance both your sexual confidence and satisfaction.

How to Perform Kegel Exercises Correctly

To effectively perform Kegel exercises, you first need to locate the right muscles. These are the muscles you use to stop urination mid-flow.

Once you've identified them, you can practice contracting and relaxing these muscles. Start by tightening the pelvic floor muscles for about five seconds, then relax for five seconds. Aim for ten repetitions in a row.

As you get comfortable, gradually increase the contraction time to ten seconds, with a ten-second rest in between. Make sure to breathe normally during the exercises—don't hold your breath.

It's essential to avoid using your abdominal, buttock, or thigh muscles, so focus solely on your pelvic floor. Consistency is key, so try to incorporate these exercises into your daily routine.

Integrating Kegels Into Your Routine

How can you seamlessly incorporate Kegel exercises into your daily life? Start by choosing specific times during your day, like while you're brushing your teeth, waiting for your coffee, or sitting in traffic.

These moments are perfect for discreetly engaging your pelvic floor muscles. Set reminders on your phone to build a habit. You can even combine Kegels with other activities, like while watching TV or reading.

Aim for 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions daily, but don't overdo it; listen to your body. Over time, you'll find it easier to incorporate Kegels into your routine, making these exercises a natural part of your day.

Consistency is key, so stay committed for the best results.

Other Treatment Options for Premature Ejaculation

While incorporating Kegel exercises can be beneficial for managing premature ejaculation, they're not the only option available.

You can explore several other treatments, including behavioral techniques and therapy can address any underlying anxiety or relationship issues contributing to the problem.

Open communication with your partner can also enhance intimacy and reduce performance pressure.

Tips for Improving Sexual Health Beyond Kegels

Improving your sexual health goes well beyond just Kegel exercises however, as a more holistic and tantric approach leads to better outcomes.

Start by focusing on your overall fitness; regular exercise boosts blood flow and stamina. Maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can enhance your energy levels and hormonal balance.

Don't underestimate the power of communication—talking openly with your partner about desires and concerns fosters intimacy and reduces anxiety.

Incorporate relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga to manage stress, which can negatively impact sexual performance.

Finally, consider consulting a tantric educator for more specific advice and therapies that suit your own individual needs.

In Conclusion

Generally speaking, Kegel exercises can be a game-changer for many men dealing with premature ejaculation. Many of the men I have seen in my practice know about Kegels and claim they have been doing them, but I have noticed that many of them are not doing them correctly, and therefore not getting the desired result.

This is where the help of a professional can be highly beneficial. Additionally, focusing on your overall health and your capacity for emotional connection and communication can enhance your experience of sexual intimacy even further.
